Temperature in offices and public premises limited by Royal Decree | |
Published: December 01, 2009 | The Council of Ministers has approved today, 27th November 2009, the Royal Decree for the modification of Temperature regulations for buildings (RITE) which, amongst other things, establishes that the temperature in offices, public administration buildings, pubs, shops, stations or cinemas, can not be higher than 21 degrees centigrade in winter or lower than 26 degrees in summer to encourage saving energy. |
